LocalCut Studio provides free browser-based image tools. The tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use these tools to: (a) remove watermarks, copyright notices or attribution from content you do not own or have permission to edit; (b) create deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or fraudulent identity documents; (c) process material that is illegal in your jurisdiction; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer or overload the site.
4. No professional advice
Passport-photo dimensions provided on this site are common examples and are not legal or official advice. Always verify the current photo specification of the authority you are applying to.
5. Intellectual property
The site design and code are owned by LocalCut Studio. The underlying AI models and JavaScript libraries are open-source and remain the property of their respective authors; their licenses are listed on the CDN pages they are loaded from.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalCut Studio is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the site, including loss of data, failed conversions, or output that does not meet your requirements.
7. Changes
We may change these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
