1. Your image files

All image processing on LocalCut Studio happens entirely in your web browser. Your files are read by the browser, processed on your device using JavaScript, WebAssembly and the Canvas API, and saved back to your device. We do not upload, store, transmit or inspect your image files at any point.

2. Information we collect

We do not require an account and we do not ask for a name, email address or phone number to use the tools. The only data stored by the site is a "recent activity" list kept in your browser's localStorage. That list contains only file names, timestamps and actions (e.g. "Downloaded: photo.png") — never the file contents. It never leaves your device, and you can clear it by clearing your browser data for this site.

3. Server logs

Our hosting provider records ordinary web-server access logs (IP address, user agent, page requested, timestamp). These logs are kept for a limited time for security and troubleshooting and are not combined with any other data.

4. Third-party CDN requests

When you open a tool for the first time, the open-source AI models or JavaScript libraries that power it are downloaded from public content delivery networks such as jsDelivr. These requests reveal your IP address to the CDN, as with any website request. No file contents are sent.

5. Cookies and advertising

LocalCut Studio itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If advertising is enabled in the future, third-party vendors — including Google — may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies for personalised advertising by visiting aboutads.info.

6. Children's privacy

LocalCut Studio is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (for example, the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, or India's DPDP Act), you may have the right to access, correct or erase personal data we hold about you. Because we do not hold any personal data about users, in practice there is nothing to retrieve. You may still contact us at the address below.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date.
